1. About these terms

These terms apply to everythingwill.be/ok and its Italian and Ukrainian pages. The site is run by Factory FZE, Sharjah Publishing City, United Arab Emirates, publisher of Everything Will Be OK by Alex Fox. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using the site

You may browse, read and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping for resale, and nothing unlawful, abusive or misleading in the messages or stories you send us.

3. Buying the book

We do not sell directly on this site. Purchases happen on Amazon or other third-party stores and are governed by their terms, prices, delivery, refund and privacy policies. Prices and availability shown here are for information only and may differ from the store.

Editions, launch perks and extras (for example Chapter 16 access or the Bridge Certificate) are provided as offered on the editions page at the time of purchase. Digital extras depend on online services and may evolve over time.

4. Intellectual property

They are published by Factory FZE and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission, except for short quotations with credit and a link, or as the law allows. Names and logos of Faktorist, SofiIA, UAmbassadors, Amazon and other brands belong to their owners.

5. What you send us

If you send us a story for the Resilience Wall or another contribution, you confirm it is yours to share, and you allow us to publish it on our sites and channels, with your name or anonymously as you choose. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

6. SofiIA

SofiIA is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, misunderstand questions or give incomplete answers. Its replies are for information and inspiration only and are not professional advice: not legal, financial, medical, psychological or investment advice. Please check anything important with a qualified professional.

7. UAmbassadors

The UAmbassadors programme is described on the UAmbassadors page for information. The binding terms, including commissions, are provided separately when you sign up, and they take priority over anything on this site.

8. Links to other sites

We link to stores, social networks and partner sites such as faktorist.com and warlifebalance.net. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. No guarantees and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Factory FZE and Alex Fox are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the site, SofiIA or third-party stores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
