To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:
- your phone model and its iOS or Android version;
- the app version (shown on the app’s page in the App Store or Google Play);
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if you can.
Please do not send us your journal entries or self-assessment answers. We never need them to help you.
About the app
EWBO — Everything Will Be OK is the official companion to the book by Alex Fox. It brings together the book’s table of contents and editions, the War-Life-Balance framework and self-assessment, the Reader’s Journal, practical tools such as the Emergency Bag checklist and #FirstTimeSince, the living Chapter 16 and the ecosystem around the book.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start.
How do I unlock Chapter 16?
Chapter 16 is included with The Builder and The Founder editions. In the app:
- Open the Chapter 16 tab.
- Enter the order number from your confirmation email. It looks like EWBO-1042.
- Tap Unlock my access.
Your access is saved on your phone. You can find all editions on the Editions page.
I changed phone or reinstalled the app, and Chapter 16 is locked again
Because nothing is stored on our servers, your access lives only on your device. Enter your order number again. If you can’t find it, email us with the name and email address you used for the order and we will help.
Where are my journal entries and self-assessment results?
Only on your phone, inside the app. We can’t see them, and we can’t recover them for you. If you back up your phone with iCloud or Google, your backup may include them.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. This permanently removes everything it stored on your device. There is nothing to delete on our side, because the app never sends us anything.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. All the content is built into the app and works offline. Buttons that open a website or your email app (for example “All editions” or “Write to us”) need a connection.
Can I buy the book in the app?
No. There are no purchases in the app. The editions are listed on the Editions page of this site.
I found a mistake or a link that doesn’t work
Thank you. Please email us what you found and where. We correct it in the next update.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no account. Everything you write or save stays on your device. Full details are in the Privacy Notice.
